Maintenance Coating

Floors Doctor is your wood floor maintenance coating company in London,UK.

If the condition of your wood flooring is generally good, with just minor wear and surface scratches, we can deep-clean the wood, then lightly sand the polyurethane surface (to make it rougher for adherence) and recoat your floor with a fresh coating of water-based polyurethane. This will make your floor look like new and save you from having to sand it down to the bare wood, stain it again, and apply a fresh coating. Less time and money spent. Great outcomes!

This is a terrific method to update your floors when getting ready to sell your home, according to many Realtors. You can demonstrate to potential buyers that all of the hardwood floors have recently been refinished.

To keep some surfaces looking their best over a longer period of time, periodic cleaning professional assistance may be needed. We have crews available to perform this as frequently as required, whether it is for the reapplication of sealers, the repolishing of stone, the sanding of floors, the staining of the floors or just regular deep cleaning.

Maintenance Routines
Every floor needs a good cleaning routine to keep it looking great for years to come in addition to when it is brand new. PSS strives to provide you with the best schedule to match the needs of your level. Some floors require more detailed schedules to account for safety concerns or excessive traffic.

Whether it’s buffing, cleaning, polishing, or sanding, our extensive range of maintenance techniques will give your current floor new life, extending its lifespan and establishing the aesthetic of your workspace. All over London, we provide Commercial Flooring Maintenance services.

Call us to inspect your hardwood floors to determine whether they can be maintenance coated rather than needing to be completely refinished.

Wood Floor Maintenance Oil, Lacquer and Waxing Services by Floors Doctor.

The proper materials must be used for maintenance in order to keep your floor looking great for a long period. In addition to routine cleaning, if your wood floor has an oiled surface, it’s crucial for you to apply maintenance oil once or twice a year, depending on how worn-out and drab it appears. This will deepen the colour of your floor while also ensuring its long-lasting beauty and protection. (Click here for additional information about maintenance oil and its benefits.)

Your wood flooring should likely be re-oiled, re-waxed, or lacquered if it appears dull and dry in appearance. The fact that the floor retains dust and filth despite routine washing makes this more obvious. In other words, when cleaning your floor gets challenging, it’s time to apply maintenance treatments.
